Eligibility
Candidates must have Graduation or Post Graduation with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university/institute.
Customer Service Associate (CSA):
Graduation/Post Graduation with 50% marks in any stream.
Computer proficiency is preferred.
Knowledge of Hindi and English languages will be an added advantage.
Probationary Officer (PO) – Grade/Scale-I:
Graduation/Post Graduation with minimum 50% marks in any discipline.
Degree must be from a Government of India recognized university or equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
Specialist Officer (SO):
Must have a full-time Graduate Degree, MBA, or Master’s Degree in the relevant discipline.
